TERMS & CONDITIONS

PARTICIPATION
To be eligible for Allwood Rewards Programs, you must be18 years or older, employed by an authorized Allwood Reseller, and a resident of the United States. Allwood Rewards are only paid to those who influence the sales process.

COMBINING  DISCOUNTS
Allwood Rewards may not be combined with other deals, discounts, sales or incentives.

PAYMENTS
Payment will be issued with in 30 day of submittal, providing: 1) Invoices for submitted order is paid in full. 2) Customer account is in good standing with no past due open balances. Allwood Rewards will be paid to the salesperson or designated payee registered on each purchase order. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant. Allwood Rewards not received within 90 days of invoice date will be forfeited. ALLWOOD REWARDS NOT REDEEMED WITHIN 180 DAYS WILL BE VOID AND NON REFUNDABLE.

QUALIFYING  ORDERS
Allwood Rewards are not available on discounted or sale products. Allwood Rewards are only valid on orders at current full list price. For a copy of the most current price list you may request one by contacting your Allwood Sales Representative or emailing Care@Allwoodgrp.com. To qualify for an Allwood Reward, orders must ship/have shipped within the Reward Program dates, and Allwood Reward requests must be received no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. Allwood Reward requests on orders not occurring within the Program time period, and/or requests received more than 30 days after date of invoice, will not be honored. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for an Allwood Reward contact your Allwood Sales Representative.
