PERSONAL GUARANTEE

In consideration for Allwood Group, LLC extending credit to the Business identified above, for any materials and/or services after this date at the request of applicants or its agents, the undersigned individual hereby personally guarantees, unconditionally and irrevocably, the prompt payment of any sums, now or hereafter, owed to Allwood Group LLC by the Business, whether said sums are due under open account, contract or otherwise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing, the undersigned is agreeing he/she is an agent of the above listed company (hereafter called Business), and authorized by such to enter into and execute a credit agreement with Allwood Group, LLC. As an inducement to grant credit, the Business warrants that the information submitted is true and correct. Any misrepresentation in this application will be considered evidence of fraud, since this information is the basis for the extension of credit.

This agreement allows Allwood to verify the information above, including, but not limited to: requesting Business and or Principle credit reports, and contacting References, for the purpose of verifying creditworthiness.

In consideration for the extension of credit, the Business promises to pay for all purchases within the terms agreed, and agree service charges of 1.5% per month (18% annual % rate) on all balances past due. In the event any third parties are employed to collect any outstanding monies owed to Allwood, the Business agrees to pay any and all collection costs, including attorney fees, whether with or without litigation has commenced, and all costs of litigation incurred.
